This study aims to understand the effect of safekeeping fees (ujrah) and fines for late payment gold pawn products on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Gunung Tua. type research is quantitative with sample 95 respondents. Using data collection techniques in form a questionnaire. Data analysis using, namely Validity test, reliability normality classic assumption multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous (F coefficient determination (R2). From results it was concluded that together cost products, they have an are satisfaction. Simultaneously, value Sig. 0.000 <0.05 fcount 42.020 > ftable 3.10. Partially, X1 = X2 0.000, then both tcount 3.156 4.187 ttable 2.604.
